As the Assistant Director of Facilities, Kevin serves as liaison and provides leadership and direction regarding residential facilities, in collaboration with Facilities Management. He has been a member of the VCU community since 2012. Kevin has received a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a Master’s degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Texas State University. When not at work, he enjoys music

Residence Hall Mail Services Coordinator
As Residence Hall Mail Services Coordinator, James is responsible for mail and package services at the residence halls, including hiring, training, and supervising the student workers in each residence hall mail room. His favorite thing about working for VCU is working in such a family oriented culture that is filled with very supportive management, and co workers who are always encouraging and helpful. James has been a part of the VCU community since 2015. Previously, he held several different positions with FedEx Ground. When not at work, James enjoy watching sports, specifically football and the Dallas Cowboys.

As a Facility Coordinator, Fawn is responsible for assisting the Associate Director of Facilities and Event Services in properly maintaining all residential facilities, so that all residents may live in a safe and clean environment that is conducive to living and learning. Fawn has been a member of the VCU community since 2005, having previously worked in Residential Property Management. Fawn is a certified occupancy specialist. When not at work, she enjoys reading, watching TV, cooking for her family and spending quality time at home.

As the Associate Director of Facilities and Event Services, Allison serves as a liaison with Facilities Management and provides leadership and direction regarding residential facilities. Her favorite thing about working at VCU is walking through the college experience with students and experiencing new challenges and opportunities for growth each day. Allison has been a member of the VCU community since 2000. She earned a Bachelor’s degree of Fine Arts in Photography and Film from the VCU School of the Arts. When not at work, she enjoys watching science fiction movies and television shows as well as traveling and photography.

As a Facility Coordinator, Brent is responsible for assisting the Associate Director of Facilities and Event Services in properly maintaining all residential facilities, so that all residents may live in a safe and clean environment that is conducive to living and learning. Brent has been a member of the VCU community since 2009, and is a certified Fire Prevention Inspector. After work, he and his family love to go camping and relaxing by the river.
