As a Graduate Student Assistant Hall Director, CJ advises community council, coordinates building repairs, supervise RA’s, and coordinates activities in the residence halls. His favorite thing about working at VCU is seeing how each hall and floor develops its own unique identity. CJ has been a member of the VCU community since 2015, having previously been a student at Christopher Newport University. He graduated from the Social Work Program of Christopher Newport University. When not at work, CJ enjoys exploring Richmond on his bike as well as playing Rocket League.

As a Hall Director, Kevin is responsible for the overall operations of Brandt Hall and ensuring that the residence hall is a supportive environment for students. He has been a member of the VCU community since 2012, having previously worked at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. Kevin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a Master’s degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Texas State University. Her favorite thing about working at VCU is all the opportunities that an urban campus provides students and staff, such as engaging with local community members and immersing yourself in your surroundings. Nicole has been a member of the VCU community since 2014, having previously worked as a Graduate Residence Hall Director at Southern Polytechnic State University. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology and a Master in Business Administration. When not at work, Nicole enjoys reading, hiking, camping and going to festivals.

When not at work, Latiesa enjoys being a mother, spending time with family, reading and doing crossword puzzles.

Her favorite thing about working at VCU is having the opportunity to help students realize their leadership potential and showing them how to transform their natural talents into tangible form. Erin earned a bachelor's in psychology from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise and a Master’s in counselor education from Clemson University. As Assistant Director of Residential Life for Multicultural Affairs, Ashley oversees the Diversity and Inclusion programming and trainings that happen within the residence halls as well as leading the charge on campus-wide inclusion projects. Her favorite thing about working at VCU is the students and how lively they are. Ashley has been part of the VCU community since 2016, previously working as the Resident Director at George Mason University. As Senior Associate Director of Residential Life, Gavin provides the overall leadership and management for the residence life area.
