Hall Schedule
Ackell, Broad & Belvidere, Cary & Belvidere, Grace & Broad, West Grace South, and West Grace North do not close for the fall break period, but area housing offices will be closed when the university is closed:
The area office will be closed from Wednesday, November 25, 2026 at noon until Monday, November 30, 2026 at 8 a.m.
Brandt Hall, Gladding Residence Center, Gladding Residence Center III, The Honors College, and Rhoads Hall will close for the fall break period based on the following schedule:
These buildings will close on Saturday, November 21, 2026 at 10 a.m. and reopen on Sunday, November 29, 2026 at 10 a.m.

The area office will be closed from Friday, December 18, 2026 at 5 p.m. until Monday, January 4, 2027 at 8 a.m.
Brandt Hall, Gladding Residence Center, Gladding Residence Center III, The Honors College, and Rhoads Hall will close for the winter break period based on the following schedule:
Residents must vacate their residence halls within 24 hours after their last final exam or by Wednesday, December 16, 2026 at 10 a.m., whichever comes first, as stated in their housing contract. Buildings will reopen Friday, January 15, 2027 at 10 a.m.

These halls do not close for the spring break period, and area housing offices will be open during this time.

These buildings will close on Saturday, March 6, 2027 at 10 a.m. and reopen on Sunday, March 14, 2027 at 10 a.m.

Residents must vacate their residence halls within 24 hours after their last final exam or by Saturday, May 15, 2027 at 10 a.m., whichever comes first, as stated in their housing contract.
Ackell, Broad & Belvidere, and West Grace North:
The 12-Month contract will end July 15 at 10 a.m. Residents may choose to move out at any time during the summer before July 15, 2027. Failure to depart by July 15 at 10 a.m. may result in a late departure fee.
