Hall Schedule
Ackell Residence Center, Broad & Belvidere Student Apartments, Cary & Belvidere Residential College, Grace & Broad Residence Center, West Grace South, and West Grace North Residence Halls do not close for the fall break period but area housing offices will be closed when the university is closed.
The area office will be closed from Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at noon until Monday, November 27, 2023 at 8 a.m.
Brandt Hall, Gladding Residence Center, Gladding Residence Center III, The Honors College, and Rhoads Hall will close for the fall break period based on the following schedule:
The building will close on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. and reopen Sunday, November 26, 2023 at 10 a.m.
Ackell Residence Center, Broad & Belvidere Student Apartments, Cary & Belvidere Residential College, Grace & Broad Residence Center, West Grace South, and West Grace North Residence Halls do not close for the winter break period but area housing offices will be closed when the university is closed.
The area office will be closed from Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 5 p.m. until Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 8 a.m.
Brandt Hall, Gladding Residence Center, Gladding Residence Center III, The Honors College, and Rhoads Hall will close for the winter break period based on the following schedule:
Residents must vacate their residence halls within 24 hours after their last final exam or by Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 10 a.m., whichever comes first, as stated in their housing contract. Buildings will reopen Friday, January 12, 2024 at 10 a.m.
Ackell Residence Center, Broad & Belvidere Student Apartments, Cary & Belvidere Residential College, Grace & Broad Residence Center, West Grace South, and West Grace North Residence Halls.
These halls do not close for the spring break period, area housing offices will be opened during this time.
Brandt Hall, Gladding Residence Center, The Honors College, and Rhoads Hall will close for the spring break period based on the following schedule.
The building will close on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 10 a.m. and reopen on Sunday, March 10, 2024 at 10 a.m.

Residents must vacate their residence halls within 24 hours after their last final exam or by Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 10 a.m., whichever comes first, as stated in their housing contract.

The 12-Month contract will end July 15 at 10 a.m. Residents may choose to move out at any time during the summer before July 15, 2024. Failure to depart by July 15 at 10 a.m. may result in a late departure fee.
Residents Returning to their Space for 2024-2025
Residents returning to Ackell, Broad & Belvidere, Grace & Broad, and West Grace North will be provided details regarding their continued occupancy within their space as the school year progresses.
