The purpose of the leadership retreat is to bring together all of the newly elected community council members and help transition them into their new leadership roles within in the Residence Halls. Community Council Members participate in teambuilding activities, engage in large and small group activities and programming sessions throughout the course of the day.

The interest meeting time varies by hall and I can reach out to the HDs to compile a schedule but the purpose of the info session is to provide an overview of RHA, Community Council, Community Council positions and why it is important to become involved in their residence hall community.

This timeframe is designated for students whom have completed the necessary paperwork to advertise to their respective community that they are running for an open community council executive board position.

All voting is done via an online form for each building. The voting link is shared from the Hall Director of each building with each member of their residential community.
